When Ed came out to our home to measure and count windows, he gave us the total cost of the windows and explained the lifetime warranty to us. We didn't have to wait until he went back to his office to figure this out. The installers were at my home on the appointed day. All replacement windows were installed without disturbing either the inside or outside surroundings. A few months after the windows were installed we discovered a pressure crack in one of the windows. I called Ed and he said, "No problem". He ordered a new replacement window and within a few days the window was in place.
